The strongest part of the work is that it goes beyond simply ranking stocks by dividend yield. It tracks dividend trends, identifies whether distributions are higher, lower, stable or potentially unsustainable, annualizes current distributions, and calculates the stock price required to achieve different target dividend yields. As Gen X, learning a lot from the millennial guru.
